Executive Business Coaching
PH Business Consulting offers a business coaching service to organisations for senior executives. The service focuses on providing executives with support, input and advice on the critical business challenges they face in their roles (e.g. re-structuring, change management, risk management, strategy, improving individual performance etc).
The role of coach is particularly important and of most use at a time of significant change or in cases where an individual has moved into a new role and requires ongoing support at the outset. The coach as mentor is an invaluable sounding board and provides critical help and support until the executive is firmly established in the role.
The service comes in the form of one to one meetings, telephone support and review of reports and other documentation as required. All coaching assignments are undertaken by Philip Halpin.
